  Worst travel experience ever

  I had duplicate reservation. I forgot to cancelled one of them. United sent an email indicating they cancelled the economy reservation. No problem so far. I flew out on the other round trip reservation first class. They cancelled my return trip. When asked why they said you had a double book reservation. I asked his is that when you cancelled it already. I asked o be rebooked on a 6:10 flight. Because I complained about having to pay and extra $1408 when it wasn’t my fault. They refused to waive the fee steering me toward a later flight. Once a supervisor was involved an hour later they cl add I’m the the earlier flight was no longer available unless I flew stand by.hmmm! If there is seat on stand by they have a seat for a customer who paid gif a first class seat.

  One of the best apps out there!

  I have rarely found an app that is so user friendly and has so many helpful options. Whoever created the app has an amazing ability to think of what the passenger needs and to make that person’s experience the best possible one.
