  Shamefully broken

Awful user experience. Connection issues preventing you from logging in. Failures to sync tickets when purchased through major vendors like Ticketmaster. The chat bot returns a Salesforce error message on routine troubleshooting because their product teams have failed to maintain the product. It’s a masterful display of how to create a terrible app.

  Doesn’t work

All season my Ball park app placed me in a constant loop and I wasn’t able to utilize the advantages it was designed to provide. I always had to have the ticket office assist when they opened prior to entering the stadium. Not a happy Dbacks Advantage member.
