Created by a film industry veteran, :10 Talent Release is the fastest way to get releases. Whether you’re shooting a film, video, photos, social media or capturing behind-the-scenes content, this app makes it easy to protect your work legally, instantly – in 10 seconds. Why use :10 Talent Release? Getting someone’s release in the past, takes too long — and let’s be honest, most people don’t want to bother. That’s why we built this app to create and store a totally legally binding signed release in just 10 seconds. It’s especially useful when you’re filming in public or working with people in the background. These days, it’s risky to use someone’s image or likeness — even in the background — without a release. If your project will be posted publicly or used commercially, you need a release to protect yourself. Without one, you could face takedown demands, legal threats, or even lawsuits. Key Features: ● Obtain talent, minor, and location releases ● Send releases via email to be filled out and returned ● Add a witness (optional) ● Enter, or enter and share with the release with the talent – two buttons. ● Capture old paper releases ● All releases are searchable by name, project, or date ● Use our included contracts or upload your own ● Automatically insert your name, logo, address, and signature once. ● Included contracts give you full legal rights to use, manipulate, and monetize the content — now and in the future, including stock library sales. ● It even includes a provision if the photographer is a minor, allowing a parent or guardian to sign once for legally binding contracts. Own your work — completely. Signers waive compensation unless a separate agreement is in place. This is the most powerful and easy-to-use release app available — and it’s totally free. With :10 Talent Release, getting a release is so quick and painless, people won’t think twice. You ask, they sign, and you’re protected.
