SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED
PorchQ requires a paid monthly subscription to access platform features. Three auto-renewable plans are available:
• Starter — $59.99/month (small communities, 1–10 units)
• Growth — $179.99/month (mid-sized communities, 10–100 units)
• Platform — $599.99/month (multi-property portfolios with white-labeling and API access)

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
