Cash Pilot is designed for companies and sole traders who want clear control over their real cash position.

Cash Pilot helps you understand how much money is actually safe to spend after accounting for GST, tax, expenses, and withdrawals.

With Cash Pilot, you can:
- Scan receipts and invoices — snap a photo and Cash Pilot reads the amount, GST and date for you
- Add entries by voice — just say "Spent $245 at Bunnings" and Cash Pilot logs it
- Track income and expenses
- Monitor cash flow in real time
- Estimate GST collected and paid
- Understand your tax position
- View your Safe to Spend balance
- Generate reports, including a Withdrawal report and this or previous financial-year summaries

Subscription Information:
- Cash Pilot requires a subscription to access all features.
- A 3-day free trial is available for new users. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. After the trial ends, the subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
- Subscription pricing and duration are displayed within the app. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through App Store settings.
