BetterGecko is the companion app for GeyserGecko solar geyser controllers — rebuilt from the ground up for a fast, clear, and intuitive experience on iPhone and Mac. DASHBOARD See all your GeyserGecko devices at a glance. The Summary tab shows each unit's current water temperature and live heating state — solar heating, element heating, or idle — updated with a single tap. DEVICE DETAIL Tap any device for a full stats breakdown: • Current temperature and heating state • PV (solar) voltage and MPPT voltage • Time spent on solar, element, and idle — for the last hour, 6 hours, 24 hours, or 7 days • Weekly solar and element usage totals • Estimated weekly savings (ZAR) ENERGY GRAPHS Visualise your solar system's performance over time with interactive charts: • Water temperature with tap-to-inspect callout • PV solar voltage • MPPT utility voltage • Solar active periods • AC element active periods Choose from 1H, 6H, 24H, or 7D time windows. Export any dataset as a CSV file for your own records. DEVICE SETTINGS Adjust your GeyserGecko without hunting through menus: • AC Setpoint — the temperature the element will heat to • PV Setpoint — the higher target the solar panel can push toward • Operating Mode — choose from Off, Solar Only, Solar + Element, or Element Only Settings are loaded directly from the device every time you open the screen, so what you see is always current. MULTIPLE DEVICES Manage more than one GeyserGecko unit from a single app. Switch between devices on the Summary, Graphs, and Settings tabs instantly. REQUIREMENTS Requires an existing GeyserGecko account and a registered GeyserGecko solar geyser controller.
