Markd Daily

Behavioral research suggests that simply writing down what you do each day can improve your goal achievement and follow-through. Markd is built so the habit actually sticks: logging takes a single tap, and there are no streaks, badges, or notifications pushing you to open the app. Try Markd for free, and when you want to track more habits, unlock the Full Version with a single one-time purchase — no subscription, ever. As easy as jotting in a notebook — and simple enough to keep for years, not weeks. --- Markd is a habit tracker built around one simple idea: not just whether you did something, but how well you did it. Instead of checkboxes, Markd uses a 1–7 scale to capture the quality of each habit — every day. ■ Why 1–7? A checkbox only tells you "done" or "not done." A score tells the real story. Did you sleep 5 hours or 8? Did you exercise for 10 minutes or an hour? Markd captures the difference. ■ What you can track · Any habit you define — exercise, sleep, diet, study, and more · Daily scores from 1 (barely) to 7 (perfectly) · N/A for days when a habit simply doesn't apply ■ Free to try, yours to keep Track up to 3 habits for free.
