  Horrible

  I specifically write the capital corridor. The trains never run on time there’s constant delays. Also the trains break down all the time for example like today. Also, their website was having issues with booking tickets. I called them to inform them of this and they appear to be oblivious, however, all their customer agents are extremely busy because of the influx of calls. They need to do better.
