  Payment dysfunction

After making ghosted of bookings on Agoda, sometimes my card gets randomly rejected. In such cases, I have called my bank and they said the block did not come from their end. This morning I tried to book some flight tickets, card was rejected, and there is no alternative payment option available, such as through Apple Pay. I went over to Trip.com where I was able to pay through Apple Pay. More and more my experiences with Agoda are terrible; for example with false room pics and fake room descriptions. I will use Trip from now on.

  Beware of Plane Tix

Well I started off strong using the app and was able to get bargains on most of my itinerary in Asia. But then I book a flight from BKK to NRT for Tuesday that is non-refundable but fit my plans exactly and the airline decides to move it by almost 2 days. So I’m on a tight schedule and this absolutely won’t work. I contact the airline and they cannot change the flight since the ticket was booked through a ‘travel agent’ and Agoda says they can’t refund or change the flight either. I feel like my money was stolen!
