Inconsistent when you need it most

I’ve been using Citymapper for years and have preferred it over every other mapping app. However, there have been multiple times where the directions have been so bad that I got completely lost or stranded and I had to delete it. But I prefer the user interface more than other apps so I redownloaded it over and over. But the inconsistency of the information has gone too far. Telling me trains are going to places they aren’t, sending me to different boroughs, doubling or even tripling how long it takes me to get to my destination. I need an app I can trust and unfortunately I can’t trust Citymapper.

  It’s fine

Lots to be improved on this app, but at least it’s not paywalled. I wish you could set defaults for transit, the way it works it resorts every transit option on every load, and the order changes each time. And it’s slow! I never am looking for bikes, always buses but I still need to select “bus” every single time.
