Reclaim: Screen Time Lock

Sandy is a friendly hourglass who keeps your phone honest. Lock the apps that eat your day, earn them back with real habits, and watch Sandy's mood follow your screen time. BLOCK THE APPS THAT PULL YOU BACK Pick the apps and categories that distract you and Sandy shields them behind a calm lock screen — on a schedule, for a focus session, or until you've earned your way in. EARN YOUR SCREEN TIME Want TikTok? Touch grass first. Unlock blocked apps by doing something real: a photo of you outside, a glass of water, push-ups counted live by the camera, a chapter read, a room tidied, or a quick selfie check-in. Sandy checks the proof and hands the time back. A MASCOT THAT KEEPS SCORE Set a daily screen-time goal. Sandy stays whole while you're under it, starts to worry as you get close, cracks when you pass it, and shatters if you blow through it. Stay under and your streak grows on its own — no check-ins needed. SEE WHERE YOUR DAY WENT Today's total, an hour-by-hour chart, your most-used apps, and a streak calendar — all drawn from Apple's Screen Time on your own phone. BUILT ON APPLE SCREEN TIME Sandy uses Apple's Family Controls and Screen Time frameworks to shield apps on your device. Your usage data never leaves your phone. PRIVACY No account required. Which apps you block, your locks, your goal and your usage stay on your device. Habit proof photos are sent only to verify the habit and used for nothing else. Available in English and Arabic. SANDY PRO Sandy is a subscription app. Sandy Pro renews weekly or yearly; the yearly plan starts with a 3-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your Apple ID account settings.
