Easy to use, great features, not friendly offline

I think the app is great! Very easy to use and navigate, great features, but when you’re not connected to the internet it won’t give you the manual for your product you already connected. Also if you don’t have your headphones/product physically connected with your phone you can’t see the product serial number or other data. This feature would be nice when shopping for replacement parts or knowledge base.

This app does not meet Bose standards

I do not understand how a company was such high product quality standards has such low app quality standards. The app does not connect to my $1500+ Bose set up. I have been unable to control the levels of my sound bar for years. The app does not let me login. Nothing but issues that need to be corrected and never are with any updates. One of the worst apps I’ve ever used.
