  Customer Support

This 1 star is not for the app itself, but for the HORRIBLE customer service experience I’ve had with Videoleap, the app itself has been great, I’ve posted content for years with no issue until recently several months ago there was an issue where for some reason any type of video I tried to make would NOT export, it would just stay stuck at like 1-3% finished for hours, and ive been back and forth with their “support” team and the only solution they gave me was to try and get a refund through Apple since that’s where I purchased their yearly subscription from when I’m not asking for a refund primarily, I’m asking for the software that I PAID for to work! Overall when it comes to customer support and actually helping you they’re absolutely terrible, but the app itself when it’s working as intended it’s magnificent

the app is great! but i have an idea…

this is a very good app for both ai users and non ai users, with many useful effects. i’ve been using it for about 6 years now and i still use it to this day. however there is one thing i think would be useful… maybe you could add something that allows people to search a project by its title if they’re having trouble finding it? because i have a lot of projects and sometimes i can’t find ones i haven’t opened in a while. i dunno, just a suggestion, but still a great app
