FEELZ is a simple tool to record how you feel. How you choose to use the information will be dependent on you, your experience and your needs. Feelz is not trying to fix you, or prescribe an answer. It’s for you to use how you want. Its simplicity means that it is easy to use, easy to understand and easy to integrate.
