ARCHITECT'S FORMULATOR is the ultimate professional calculator for architects, engineers, and construction professionals — with over 2,000 formulas in a single app. Whether you're sizing beams, designing HVAC systems, calculating voltage drops, or checking ADA compliance, Architect's Formulator covers every discipline — structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry — plus unit conversions, reference tables, and ADA accessibility resources. ARCHITECTURE & STRUCTURAL — 29 categories covering beam loads across single through four continuous spans, concrete design, flat plate analysis, steel design, masonry, environmental loads (wind, snow, seismic), foundation and retaining walls, wood design, acoustic absorption, 100+ material weights, fire egress, roof drainage, solar/daylighting, thermal performance, site grading, cost estimating, and more. ELECTRICAL — 15 categories for AC/DC circuits, Ohm's Law, motors, transformers, voltage drop, wiring/conduit sizing, batteries, impedance, power demand, lighting design, UPS sizing, and operating costs. CARPENTRY — 8 categories for lumber, stairs, safe beam loads, wall loads, roofing (shed, gable, hip), railing/deck framing, crown molding, and materials estimation for drywall, concrete, paint, and plywood. PLUMBING & HVAC — 29 categories covering pipe sizing, water flow, pumps, boilers, and a comprehensive HVAC library including airside/waterside heat transfer, duct sizing, fan and pump laws, gas laws, psychrometrics, refrigeration, heating/cooling load design, energy content for 16 fuel types, ventilation rates per ASHRAE 62.1, and steam/hydronic systems. CONVERSIONS — 17 categories with 500+ conversions for pressures, flows, BTU, horsepower, watts, frequency, linear/liquid/square/cubic measures, weights, and a Metric library with 280+ conversions across length, area, volume, mass, energy, power, and more. TEMPERATURE SCALES — Convert between all 8 scales: Celsius, Fahrenheit, Kelvin, Rankine, Réaumur, Newton, Delisle, and Rømer. REFERENCE TABLES — IBC Occupancy Loads, Brick Sizes, Lumber Dimensions, AWG Wire Gauge, Concrete Mix Ratios, and Insulation R-Values. ADA REFERENCE — 50 illustrated diagrams for wheelchair clearances, ramps, grab bars, elevators, accessible parking, and restroom layouts, plus 17 PDF documents with full ADA guidelines.
