Raise, manage, and address generic hospital concerns with Carescanx App. Carescanx lets patients and guardians report hospital issues. It assists patients and medical staff with cleaning, noise, room maintenance, and staff shortages. The software has three sides: user (patient or guardian), staff (nurse or doctor), and admin (high authority) to manage hospital issues. Why Choose Us? Carescanx handles healthcare problems creatively. This software connects patients, guardians, staff, and hospital officials to problem-solvers. Carescanx quickly fixes cleaning, noise, maintenance, and staff absence issues. A three-sided management method simplifies healthcare issues with this app: 1. User Side (Patients and Guardians): Patients or their guardians can raise concerns effortlessly using the app. Here’s how it works: QR Code Scanning: Users can scan a QR code displayed in various hospital areas to access the app. Issue Reporting: Users can describe the problem in detail and upload images to provide additional context. Real-Time Tracking: Once an issue is raised, users can monitor its progress within the app. This method allows patients and guardians to report issues without technical difficulty, ensuring their views are heard quickly. 2. Staff Side (Nurses and Doctors): Hospital staff play a critical role in resolving issues reported by users. With Carescanx, staff members can: View all assigned tasks directly within the app. Access complete details of the reported issue, including images provided by the user. Work on resolving the problem and update the issue status with details, images, or videos to reflect their progress. This ensures a transparent and efficient workflow, empowering staff to address concerns with accountability and efficiency. 3. Department Head (Hospital Authorities): The admin interface serves as the command center for managing all reported issues. Administrators can: Review new issues raised by users, including their descriptions and supporting images. Assign issues to the appropriate staff members based on their expertise and availability. Track the progress of each issue, ensuring timely resolutions. Mark issues as resolved once staff have completed their tasks and updated the status. This structured approach eliminates miscommunication and ensures that no issue goes unnoticed or unresolved. Why Choose Carescanx? Healthcare organizations and stakeholders benefit from Carescanx's full management solution, not just an issue-reporting app: Enhanced Patient Experience: Patients and guardians feel heard and cared for when their concerns are resolved quickly.
