Deadline Dash isn't another to-do list. It's a countdown you can't ignore — and a consequence you can't talk your way out of.
How it works
Give yourself a task in one of three categories — Easy, Medium, Hard. The second you commit, a 24-hour countdown starts, and it lives right on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Not a reminder you can swipe away and forget. A running clock.
Finish before time runs out — done. Miss it, or give up early — same result either way — and you burn one of your 3 lives in that category. Burn all 3, and the category locks. No free pass, no "try again tomorrow." You either buy your way back in, or that category stays locked.
Three lives, not one
Everybody misses sometimes. That's why each category gives you three real chances before anything locks — enough room to be human, not enough to stop caring.
Your countdown, everywhere
Live Activities keep your deadline visible on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island the whole time. Mark a task done right from the Island — no need to open the app. Add the widget to your Home Screen or Lock Screen and you'll never lose track, even after the Live Activity itself expires.
Separate boards for separate lives
One set of 3 categories is free, forever. Need to keep work deadlines and personal ones from bleeding into each other? Open a second or third board — each with its own Easy, Medium, and Hard, each with its own 3 lives.
The Record
Every task you finish or lose gets written down. Your win/loss record per category, your current streak, and — if you've lost any — the graveyard: every task you didn't finish, exactly as you wrote it, dated, struck through. Nothing to inflate your ego, nothing to hide behind. Just what actually happened.
Deadline Dash is built for people who already know willpower alone doesn't work — and who'd rather put something real on the line than write another list they won't look at again.
