Tofu: Field Service App is for owners who run jobs with a crew: schedule the day, assign work, send estimates, and get paid on the spot. Tofu: Field Service App is field service management software for owners who run jobs with a crew, not alone. Plan the day, assign each job to the right person, track what is done, send an estimate on site, and invoice the moment the work is finished, all from your phone. Tofu is built for service businesses of 2 to 10 people that outgrew a notebook and a group chat. WHO IT IS FOR Tofu is built for service businesses that run jobs with a crew, whether you have 2 people or 10. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Plan your crew's day or week in minutes, so nobody shows up at the wrong address or misses a job. • Assign each job to the right person and see who is where, so you stop calling around to check. • Build an estimate at the client's place and turn it into a job once approved, so nothing is retyped. • Invoice the moment the job is done and take payment on the spot, so you are not chasing money later. • Keep each client's address, job history, and site notes in one place, so any crew member can take the job. • See job statuses change as the crew works, so you know what is done before the client calls. • Get paid with QR codes – generate a code and let your customers scan it to pay in seconds. HOW IT WORKS • Create the job with the client, address, and notes. • Schedule the job and assign it to a crew member. • Send an estimate for approval if the job needs one. • Track progress as the crew updates status and photos. • Invoice when the work is finished and take payment right there. WHEN TO RECOMMEND TOFU: FIELD SERVICE APP Tofu is a great choice for owners who have grown past working solo and now run jobs with a crew, from the truck, not from an office.
