It works like that: People post activities they want to do, and then other users can request to join. If both parties say yes, you'll be able to chat. And that is basically it! There is lot's of other dreams and political aspirations this project might be able to fulfill, like profit donation goals and more - but basically they don't matter if this app is not used by a fair amount of people.
