Acquiesco: Haptic Snore Alerts

来自 App Store 来源

Acquiesco detects snoring and silently nudges the snorer’s Apple Watch, helping them shift position and quiet down before their partner wakes, often without fully waking the snorer themselves. It’s built for couples who want a gentler way to reduce snoring interruptions: no loud alarm, no kicking or shaking someone awake, and no saved audio recordings. ACQUIESCO is Latin for “to rest” or “to become quiet.” Place your iPhone nearby before sleep. Acquiesco listens in real time for snoring patterns, then sends a private haptic alert to the snorer’s Apple Watch. That subtle wrist nudge can prompt a position change before snoring wakes their partner again. WHY IT HELPS Snoring often gets worse in certain sleep positions. A small nudge can be enough to encourage the snorer to roll over, settle back down, and let the room get quiet again. BUILT FOR OVERNIGHT USE - Real-time snore detection from your iPhone - Private Apple Watch haptic alerts for the snorer - Optional sound alerts when you want them - Smart calibration for your room’s noise level - Escalating alerts only when needed - Movement detection to confirm the snorer responded - An animated morning report with quiet time, snoring episodes, average time to quiet, and haptics sent - Night-to-night comparisons when enough comparable data is available - A shareable morning card for your partner - Optional Apple Health sleep duration and resting heart rate when available PRIVACY FIRST Acquiesco does not record your snoring, save audio clips, or send audio anywhere. Sound is analyzed on device in real time, then discarded. IMPORTANT MEDICAL NOTE Acquiesco is a sleep-aid app for partner-disturbing snoring. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent sleep apnea or any other medical condition. If snoring is severe or paired with gasping, choking, pauses in breathing, or daytime fatigue, talk with a clinician.
