PersoMeal is a smart personal nutritionist app, that combines a structured, carefully &accurately created large meals database with intelligent AI adaptation.
Users input their health data, goals, and meal preferences, and the system generates a personalized 2-week meal plan from a curated database of meals and snacks.
During the plan period, users can log their daily choices of meals and snacks and the app shows them detailed daily summary of calories and macros.
Furthermore, the app provides progress reports, status reports and daily personal instructions regarding how to eat, when to eat, how to measure food and more.
After the plan period ends, the app conducts a progress check, where the user is allowed to log new weight, activity level, goals, preferred number of meals/snacks and foods preferences, and updates their plan every two weeks based on progress and new inputs — ensuring continuous adaptation and long-term engagement.
