Quiet Hour - Relax in Nature

Quiet Hour is a research-backed audio program that helps you reduce stress and feel inner peace outside. In any natural spot. Your yard, a local park, a trail, a beach, your workplace's lawn. Put in one earbud, press play, and in as little as 15 minutes, let nature do what research says it does best. A review of 78 studies found that simply being still in nature reduces stress and anxiety more effectively than outdoor physical activity. Researchers also found that feeling connected with nature makes life feel more worthwhile, 4 times more than money does. And the simplest way to feel that connection? Just noticing the nature around you. That's exactly what Quiet Hour helps you do. More than 80% of people say what they want to do in parks is relax in nature. But we're missing a simple way to actually do it. Quiet Hour fills that gap. It supports you with 9 calming and uplifting techniques blended into peaceful audio experiences you enjoy outside. No skill. No equipment. No experience needed. You just show up, and it works. The very first time. What's Inside: • 13 guided audio experiences, from 15 to 60 minutes • 9 hours of calming, soothing audios • An audio introduction to get you started • 8 themes: resting, walking, picnicking, birdwatching, nature art, movement, stargazing, and mini-retreat • An e-book and fillable tools to deepen your experience Free to Try: With this free version, you can listen to the Introduction (18 minutes) and Quiet Quarter-Hour (15 minutes) audios for free. Then you can upgrade to all the guided experience audios (~9 hours total) and written tools for less than $10. What It Feels Like: Your eyes stay open. You hear birds. You feel the breeze. Your mind begins to quiet. You hear gentle suggestions with long stretches of quiet in between. The suggestions support you, not distract you, as you rest with nature. The quiet is intentional. It's time for you and nature, not you and a narrator. That's what makes this different from anything else out there. Every experience responds to what's happening around you, so no two are ever the same. Different birds, different light, different weather, different season. The variety is endless, and nature provides it. Results and Recognition: In 20 sessions with different groups each time, everyone surveyed said they enjoyed it, found it relaxing, and felt closer to nature. Every one. Licensed mental health therapists reviewed the program and called it "a wonder tool," awarding it the Counselor's Choice Award. Winner of awards in fields from therapeutic recreation to nature interpretation. Featured in Parks & Recreation magazine. If you're stressed, this is for you. If you'd like to enjoy the outdoors more, this is for you. Quiet Hour meets you where you are. Fifteen minutes or an hour. Your backyard or a national park. Done regularly, it can change your life. Go outside. Press play. Feel better.
