• The shop pays the professional directly after the shift; BarberHero does not deduct commission from the professional's agreed pay

Opportunities are direct self-employed contractor arrangements between the shop and professional, not employment by BarberHero. Each party remains responsible for agreeing the engagement and meeting applicable legal, tax, insurance, safety and right-to-work obligations.
