No Scroll Alarm: Zonk

How it works:
- Night Lock: block distracting apps at bedtime so you actually go to sleep.
- Wake proof: when the alarm rings, snoozing or shutting it off won't cut it. Do a real-world task such as making your bed, showing the bathroom sink, or stepping into sunlight, then prove it with a quick photo to stop the alarm.
- Morning Lock: your chosen apps stay blocked until you've completed wake proof, so you don't fall straight into the feed.
