Before You Sign: Lease Review

来自 App Store 来源

Signing a housing or apartment lease is one of the biggest financial commitments most renters make — and most of us sign without fully understanding it. Before You Sign reads your lease with you. Scan a page and get plain-English notes in seconds: what the clause means, why it matters, and what to ask your landlord before you sign. WHAT IT CATCHES • Rent, fees, and deposit terms — including ones that are easy to miss • Notice requirements and renewal traps • Maintenance and repair responsibilities • Landlord entry, pets, guests, and subletting rules • Clauses worth questioning, sorted by how much they matter HOW IT WORKS 1. Point your camera at a lease page 2. AI reads it and flags what stands out 3. Review plain-English notes and suggested questions — no legal jargon FREE VS PREMIUM The free version reviews one scanned lease page at a time. Premium adds full-lease PDF upload so you can review the entire document in one pass. YOUR PRIVACY Your documents are analyzed and never stored. No account and no sign-up — the app uses an anonymous device identifier to keep your subscription and usage limits working. It is never used to track you. Before You Sign is an AI document review assistant for educational and informational purposes. It does not provide legal advice and does not replace reading your lease or consulting a professional. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS Before You Sign Premium — billed monthly. Premium unlocks full-lease PDF upload so you can review an entire document in one pass.
