Rolling Heart brings private Heart Flow context and factual Heart Data to iPhone and Apple Watch in calm, glanceable views for everyday wellness
Rolling Heart brings private Heart Flow context and factual Heart Data to iPhone and Apple Watch in calm, glanceable views for everyday wellness.
Heart Flow is a derived wellness visualization built from heart rate and the optional Apple Health context available on your devices. Dashboard gives you an immediate view of your current Heart Flow, while Heart Lens helps you explore recent context. Recovery Reserve and Sleep Support add personal-relative day context. Heart Data keeps factual readings, timestamps, availability, and supported Apple Watch capability separate from every derived view.
On Apple Watch, Today uses a Watch-local Heart Flow projection. Rolling Heart also offers factual Heart Rate, HRV, Resting Heart Rate, Blood Oxygen, Day's Vitals, and Rolling Vitals complications across supported families. Heart Flow complications can show the derived Heart Flow trace or factual Heart Rate geometry while keeping their facts distinct. The complete in-app complications gallery is free to explore; longer ranges, expanded Heart Rate options, and the four number-free Orbit complications require Lifetime Premium when used on a watch face.
The free app includes useful six-hour Dashboard, Heart Lens, Heart Data, Watch Today, and Heart Flow complication views; factual Heart Data and supported factual complication families; Heart Flow Graph preview and inspection; Heart Flow Lab comparison and evidence; every complications-gallery preview; three ready-made Watch faces in the iPhone Watch Face Gallery; and the offline Rolling Heart Guide.
Lifetime Premium is a one-time optional purchase available on iPhone and Apple Watch. It adds longer Heart Flow and Heart Data ranges, Parchment, Signal, and Electric themes, Heart Flow Graph and Lab customization, longer Watch Today and Heart Flow complication ranges, expanded Heart Rate complication options, four Signal Orbit complications, and six additional ready-made Watch faces. System, Light, and Dark appearance choices, the Sandstone theme, and three ready-made Watch faces remain free. Purchase and Restore Purchases are available on either device, and verified ownership can sync privately between the paired apps.
Rolling Heart reads Apple Health data only after permission is granted. Heart Flow may use heart rate plus available age, recovery, movement, workout, sleep, breathing, oxygen, and sleeping wrist-temperature context. Heart rate is the only required Heart Flow input; optional inputs are reweighted or treated as neutral when unavailable. Date of Birth is used locally to derive a versioned age-predicted maximum-heart-rate model and select age-appropriate sleep-duration guidance. Sleeping wrist temperature is used only as bounded personal-relative Recovery Reserve context. The actual birth date is not placed in Heart Flow caches, diagnostics, or paired-device messages.
Health data is processed privately on the user's devices. Rolling Heart has no account, advertising, analytics, tracking, developer server, or third-party SDK data collection. Narrow factual complication data, settings, entitlement state, and an optional rounded Heart Flow baseline prior may move privately between the user's paired iPhone and Apple Watch. Watch-visible Heart Flow remains Watch-local; the iPhone prior supplies no current BPM or graph observations. A user-requested Heart Flow comparison may exchange bounded derived data with the reachable paired iPhone and returns only aggregate differences. Nothing is uploaded to the developer automatically.
Rolling Heart is for personal wellness visualization only. It is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, regulated medical-device use, or emergencies.
