ClearPath AI is the client app for property transactions handled by firms on the ClearPath platform. If your conveyancer, estate agent or mortgage broker uses ClearPath, this app is where you complete the checks they need, sign documents, follow progress and message them, all from your phone. WHERE THINGS STAND See your sale, purchase or mortgage laid out plainly: what has moved this week, what is waiting on you, and what comes next. No chasing for updates. PROVE WHO YOU ARE, ONCE Photograph your passport or driving licence and take a short selfie to verify your identity in minutes. Confirm your address in the same flow. Your firm sees the result, not your raw documents. EVIDENCE YOUR FUNDS Photograph a bank statement to evidence your source of funds, and answer a short source-of-wealth questionnaire when your firm requires it. Everything is submitted directly to the firm handling your matter. MORTGAGE FACT-FIND If a broker is involved, complete your income and commitments fact-find in the app, then read and consent to your recommendation, including why that mortgage was chosen and what it costs. SIGN FROM YOUR PHONE Review contracts, forms and letters as they arrive, then sign them by typing your name. Each signature is timestamped and recorded, so you and your firm have a clear record of what was agreed. MESSAGE YOUR FIRM Secure messaging per matter, with a person at your firm replying, usually within one working day. Ask a question or send an update without digging through email. YOUR DIGITAL ID, YOURS TO REUSE Once verified, your identity sits in your wallet. Choose to share it with another firm in your chain instead of verifying again, see exactly what they will receive, and withdraw that permission at any time. A FULL RECORD Your activity tab shows every check, signature and share on your account, in order. Nothing happens to your data that you cannot see. HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT The Support tab answers the questions clients ask most, from what a source-of-funds check involves to what "reliance" means, and puts you in touch with ClearPath. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or a password. Lock the app with Face ID or your device passcode. You can close your account and delete your data from within the app. WHO IT IS FOR ClearPath AI is invitation-based. You will receive an invite from a firm that uses ClearPath. If your firm does not yet use ClearPath, the app will not have a matter to show you. Data is processed in the United Kingdom.
