Kavuqo makes personal expense tracking fast enough to use every day. Speak or type a natural phrase such as “coffee 20” or “my client paid me $600,” review the transaction Kavuqo prepared, then save it. You can always edit the amount, currency, category, description, date, or expense/income type before anything is stored. Kavuqo includes: fast voice entry with Apple Speech; typed Smart Entry for quiet places; optional on-device Apple Intelligence enhancement on supported iPhones; unlimited manual expense and income entry with no special permissions required; editable confirmation before every Smart Entry save; local transaction history; current-month spending and income statistics; multiple currencies kept mathematically separate; dark mode and accessibility support. The Free plan includes unlimited manual tracking plus a monthly Smart Entry allowance. New users receive 20 Smart Entries during their first monthly allowance period beginning on first use of Kavuqo, and 10 during each subsequent monthly allowance period. Voice and typed Smart Entry share the same allowance, and an entry is counted only when a Smart Entry transaction is successfully saved. Kavuqo Premium unlocks unlimited voice and typed Smart Entry. Monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscription options are offered through Apple's App Store. Exact localized pricing is shown before purchase. Privacy is part of the product design. Kavuqo has no account, no developer-operated backend, no third-party advertising or analytics SDK, and no paid cloud AI API. Financial records are stored locally by the app. Raw microphone audio is not persisted by Kavuqo. Apple Intelligence is optional. Kavuqo continues to work with deterministic parsing and manual entry when Apple Intelligence is unavailable or turned off.
