Enter the amount, the start date, the interest rate and the term: the monthly payment updates instantly, together with the total repaid and the total interest. A bar shows at a glance how much of the total is principal and how much is interest. AMORTIZATION PLAN The payment-by-payment detail, with the due date of every instalment, the principal portion, the interest portion and the remaining balance. Export the full schedule as a PDF, ready to print or send, or as CSV to work on it in Numbers, Excel or Google Sheets. SCENARIOS Move the rate and term sliders and compare eight different terms, from 5 to 40 years. The chart shows how the payment falls as you stretch the mortgage and, at the same time, how much the total interest grows: the fundamental trade-off of any loan, at a glance. Calculations use the French amortization method with a constant instalment, the one used by almost every mortgage. Everything is computed on your device, offline included. No account, no sign-up. The app is a calculation and simulation tool: for any real commitment always refer to the documents provided by your lender.
