Maybe this will get support’s attention faster than your useless AI support chat.

Three days ago I renewed my Bumble+ subscription. Ever since then I get a message that says it will be activated shortly and yet it isn’t activated. The payment has cleared and I’ve paid for a service that I’m not getting to use. Shouldn’t have to wait for 7 days to get an email for an issue like this. The app isnt registering that I’ve paid even though it was done through the app. I’ve tried the ”restore purchases” I’ve logged out and back on I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing that Apple or Bumble has posted has worked to resolve this issue. Apple won’t issue a refund and Bumble won’t respond with an actual person. You’d think for what this membership costs you’d be able to talk to an actual representative. Bumble gets 1 star for this.

  Bumble review

I’d love to & would give a solid review, but for the fact that I paid the $249.99, deleted my initial account, contacted customer service & was given an open-ended answer that “my issue may resolved in the next 39days “ And I can’t even see what I’m typing in here/now. I disappointed with the customer service I’ve received so far
