RestEasy: Check Less

Check the stove, the lock, the photo on your phone again and again? RestEasy is a 5-phase program that helps you gradually check less, until you don't need the app at all. Unlike apps that make checking easier, RestEasy is designed to help you need it less. Through a 5-phase program that adapts to your pace, you'll move from full photo access to practicing sitting with uncertainty, and eventually, graduating from the app entirely. HOW IT WORKS Phase 1 - Awareness: Use the app freely. We learn your patterns together. Phase 2 - Building Tolerance: Mindful pauses before viewing photos help you practice waiting. Phase 3 - Fading: Photos gradually blur. You start building real confidence. Phase 4 - Release: Minimal photo access. Urge surfing becomes your main tool. Phase 5 - Freedom: No photos. You trust yourself. KEY FEATURES - Urge Surfing: Track your anxiety in real-time and watch it naturally rise and fall, without checking. - Mindful Pauses: Brief waiting periods that build your tolerance for uncertainty. - Adaptive Pacing: You advance when YOU'RE ready. Never on a fixed schedule. - Progress Insights: See your growing confidence through declining recheck rates and longer app gaps. - Graduation Goal: The app's success is measured by you not needing it anymore. - Complete Privacy: All data stays on your device. No accounts, no cloud, no tracking. PRICING RestEasy is free to start.
