OrgConnect Directory

OrgConnect is your company's directory in your pocket, plus corporate caller ID for work calls. It is provided by Circle of Bytes for organizations that have licensed the OrgConnect service. You sign in with your existing Microsoft work account - there is no separate password and no personal account to create. WHO IT IS FOR OrgConnect is an enterprise app. It only works for employees whose organization has licensed OrgConnect and whose IT administrator has activated it for the company's Microsoft Entra tenant. If your company has not enabled OrgConnect, you will not be able to sign in. It is typically distributed to staff through the App Store or through your company's device management (Intune / Apple Business Manager). WHAT YOU CAN DO - Search your company directory by name, department, or phone number, online or offline. - Open a colleague's profile to see their title, department, office, email, and phone numbers, and reach them in one tap - call, email, FaceTime, or Microsoft Teams. - Walk the org chart: see a colleague's manager and direct reports and navigate the reporting lines. - Browse by department or office, and filter your search. - See a corporate name on incoming calls. When a known company number calls, iPhone can show a short corporate label instead of an unknown number. ONE-TIME SETUP FOR CALLER ID Apple requires you to turn on the caller ID feature yourself. Open iPhone Settings > Phone > Call Blocking & Identification and switch on OrgConnect. This is a one-time step. Directory search and profiles work with or without it - only the corporate name on incoming calls needs it. SIGN IN WITH YOUR WORK ACCOUNT OrgConnect uses Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) sign-in. If your device already has your work account set up, sign-in can be a single tap. OrgConnect never sees or stores a password. It supports multiple organizations - if you work across companies, add each work account and search one merged directory. PRIVACY BY DESIGN OrgConnect only stores the directory your organization has authorized you to see. That data is kept encrypted on your device and with your company's licensed service. It is never used for advertising and is never sold. Sign out and the downloaded directory is removed from your device. Your access is renewed periodically while online; if it lapses, the offline directory stops being shown until you sign in again.
