Tended: Symptom Tracker

From the App Store Source

Track chronic illness without turning your health into homework. Tended is a privacy-first health journal and symptom tracker for people living with long-term symptoms, pain, fatigue, flares, and appointments that never quite fit into ten minutes. Log in seconds, notice possible patterns, and prepare for doctor appointments without streaks, guilt, accounts, analytics, data collection, or external servers. LOG IN SECONDS, EVEN ON HARD DAYS When thinking is hard, Tended keeps logging light. Record a day rating, symptoms, pain, medications, energy, sleep, mood, bowel changes, food, triggers, activities, periods, photos, and notes at your own pace. Use Apple Watch, widgets, Siri, the Lock Screen, or the full app when opening your phone feels like too much. Duplicate yesterday, edit only what changed, or describe your day in your own words with optional on-device AI. BUILT FOR CHRONIC ILLNESS Tended is made for fluctuating conditions where a normal habit tracker does not fit. Use it as a chronic illness journal, symptom tracker, pain tracker, medication tracker, flare tracker, energy tracking tool, sleep tracking companion, and body map. Condition starter sets help you begin with relevant symptoms and triggers for fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, lupus, endometriosis, PMOS / PCOS, POTS, EDS, migraine, MS, IBD, PMDD, and many more. SEE PATTERNS IN YOUR OWN DATA Your journal can become more useful over time. Tended may help you notice possible links between symptoms, medications, food, sleep, activity, weather, Apple Health averages, menstrual cycle phases, flares, and better days. Insights are based on what you log yourself. They are self-reported observations, not clinical findings, so you stay in charge of what feels useful. PREPARE FOR APPOINTMENTS When brain fog arrives before your appointment, Tended helps you bring the important parts with you. Use Doctor Mode, appointment notes, body map history, medication adherence, symptom trends, focused visual reports, and PDF health reports to explain what has been happening. Tended+ unlocks longer history, deeper pattern insights, trigger experiments, appointment-ready PDF health reports, focused evidence and care PDFs, and CSV export for people who want to go deeper. STAY CONNECTED, WITHOUT OVERSHARING If you choose, Tended can help you share small practical updates with someone you trust through Supported, the carer companion app. Send a quiet check-in, a quick need, or a regular summary without exposing your whole private journal. FREE FOREVER. NO GUILT. Every tracking feature is free and unlimited. There are no streaks, no shame, and no "you missed a day" messages. Tended+ is for people who want longer-term insight and appointment-ready reports. The free journal stays useful on its own. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No analytics. No data collection. No external server. Your journal lives on your device or in your personal iCloud. Apple Health data is read only when you allow it. Optional on-device AI features run on your device where available; your journal is not sent to Cocoacorn servers. Use Tended gently, at your own pace. Bring what helps. Leave the rest. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER Tended is a personal health journal, not a medical device or clinical tool. It is not a substitute for medical advice or emergency support. Content is based on what you log yourself and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
