Socify is a society maintenance app for apartments and housing societies (RWAs) in India. Residents see and pay their monthly maintenance by UPI, get notices, vote in polls, raise complaints and book the clubhouse. The committee generates flat-wise bills, verifies payments, tracks water, expenses and staff, and gets AGM-ready accounts, without spreadsheets.
