Unnecessarily complicated
The ID verification process is so complicated that I had to call their customer support via international phone call to complete the identification verification. Even after the verification, most functions don’t work. I couldn’t even add my flights to the app. Actually that was the only important function I hoped to use, so that I could track the status of my flights. With 1.4 billion people in China, why couldn’t Sichuan Airlines find a few competent app developers to provide a functional and user friendly app. Just view a few established airlines’ apps and learn from them.

离起飞不到24小时app上不给值机
很早就选好了座位，离起飞不到24小时，先是发短信提示自动值机失败，上app上操作值机显示暂未开放值机。但同一时间在航旅纵横上可以值机并且值机成功。川航你自己的航班，值机的app上都值不了机，在别人app上能值机是什么骚操作
