Product Description Meteorological forecasts provided by WeaClim Solutions Pvt Ltd: Global Forecast System (GFS) of National Centers for Environment Prediction Centre (NCEP) in USA produces an ensemble of predictions. Individually they are full description of the evolution of the weather. Collectively they indicate the likelihood of a range of future weather scenarios in the short and medium ranges of time frame. WeaClim Solutions Pvt Ltd processes this data to provide two set of weather forecasts that are uploaded on the web page https://www.weaclimsolutions.com and the mobile application. First set is the predicted meteorological parameters for various geographical regions covering the entire globe for 10 days using the appropriate visualization package that generate the final product in form of pictures. Second set is generated by the Mesoscale Numerical Weather Prediction Model (NWP) for four days, the World Research Forecast (WRF) Model, in nested configuration, wherein GFS data is used as the input. Predicted meteorological products for the Indian Subcontinent are made available at a coarser resolution of 45km for the outer domain and in the finer inner domains of 15Km. However, it is important to note that these are only probabilistic predictions, and actual weather conditions on few occasions vary from what is forecast.
