It exports originals, edited JPEGs, videos, and XMP sidecars, recreating your albums and folders as a directory structure. What you can do with exported photos: - Import into Apple Photos — albums and folders are preserved, synced across all your Apple devices - Keep using Lightroom — manage photos locally without a cloud subscription - Import into other apps — Capture One, DxO, or any software that reads folder structures - Backup anywhere — NAS, external drive, or cloud storage you control
