About

From the App Store Source
What's your Pump!Score? It's one number, 0 to 10, that captures your whole workout — strength and cardio alike — adjusted for age, size, and gender, so different training is measured on the same scale. And it lives right on your watch face. A 55-year-old woman lifting weights. A 25-year-old man running intervals. Same Pump!Score. Whatever you train and whatever your body, the playing field is level. Every workout gets a score. The number that matters most: your 7-day Pump!Score, a rolling read of your last seven days. Decide how you want to live — Easygoing, Steady, Fit, or Serious — and that's your standard. Not a challenge you win once. Not a streak that shames you. A level of fitness you simply hold, woven into a busy life. It's built for that life — the job, the family, the week that gets away from you. You don't need all seven days — rest is built into the math, not a gap in it, and your streak climbs right through rest days as long as your last seven hold your standard. And the job itself counts: log the hours you spent on your feet — the plumber's day, the nurse's shift, the Saturday of yard work — and they add to your score too. On your watch face, not buried in an app: one glance at the time tells you whether your last seven days are holding your standard. (That hour in the squat rack that barely moves your Apple Watch rings? It finally counts.) Want a contest? Start a Fair Fight: you against one other person, seven days or thirty, scored fair for each body — so the better week wins, not the bigger body. Invite anyone with a card and a code — even someone not on the app yet — and choose what they see: just your score, your exercises, or everything. The Muscle Map shows exactly which muscles you've been training — and which you've been ignoring — across 42 muscle groups. Meet Coach Max/Maxine, your AI training partner, who knows your real workout history and Pump!Score trends. Not generic templates. Your numbers. Trainers and coaches: run your whole roster — every client's Pump!Score, log, and Muscle Map. Send routines and full programs with exact weights and reps, and message clients in-app. Training with a trainer? Connect with their invite code — you choose what to share. When you want company, build a Team with your gym buddies, coworkers, or family. Cheer each other on, call out the slackers, and watch accountability do the work. Take it to The Rack, Pump!Lab's social feed, where your crew reacts to your workouts with gym-culture stamps and your scores climb the Leaderboard. Soon "What's your Pump!Score?" is the first thing everyone asks — and the trash talk writes itself. Founded by a cardiologist obsessed with measuring things fairly — that's the whole point. ———————— FEATURES ———————— ∙ Pump!Score: workout quality, quantified and fairly adjusted across age, size, and gender ∙ Your standard on your wrist: the 7-day Pump!Score on your watch face, no app to open ∙ Fair Fight: one-on-one for 7 or 30 days, scored fair for each body — invite anyone with a card and code ∙ Everyday & Work: log hours of chores, yard work, and jobs on your feet — they count too ∙ Apple Watch app: start, log, and finish strength & cardio workouts from your wrist ∙ GPS tracking: outdoor cardio with your route on the map ∙ Studio classes: snap the class board, log the whole class, scored like everything else ∙ Daily Steps: your whole day counts, not just your workouts ∙ Muscle Map: 42 muscle groups, visualized ∙ Coach Max/Maxine: AI insights from your actual Pump!Score history ∙ Imports workouts, steps, and heart rate zones from Apple Health ∙ Routines, favorites, and smart suggestions ∙ Leaderboard & Teams: compete regardless of how you train ∙ The Rack: social feed with gym-culture reactions and workout sharing ∙ Trainer Mode: your clients' scores, logs, programs, and messages Enter the Pump!Lab. ———————— Terms of Use: https://pump-lab.com/terms Privacy Policy: https://pump-lab.com/privacy
