Incident Action Desk is a paid, local-first Mac utility for manually organizing incident follow-up actions after an outage, support escalation, operational miss, or reliability review.
Use Incident Action Desk to:
- Keep incident action cards with owner, service, trigger, environment, impact, risk, and state
- Record mitigation or cleanup steps, evidence gaps, customer-note checks, and next owner action
- Track intake, assigned, blocked, and closed incident actions before a follow-up meeting
- Add a manual action trail of owner updates, evidence checks, support notes, and closure decisions
- Copy a clean incident action packet for engineering, support, product, reliability, or postmortem notes
- Copy a CSV snapshot of your local incident actions
Incident Action Desk is intentionally manual and user-controlled. It does not connect to repositories, import tickets, read calendars, monitor deployments, call incident-management APIs, scan logs, run tests, generate AI analysis, use Accessibility permissions, synthesize input, or upload data to a developer server.
The app stores incident action cards and timeline events locally on your Mac. It has no account, no analytics, no ads, no tracking, no cloud sync, no subscription, no in-app purchases, and no developer-server upload.
