From the App Store SourceVELO — BIKE LANES AGAINST TRAFFIC A little town grows, and everyone takes the car. Queues form at the crossroads and grow all the way back to people's front doors. You draw bike lanes. Connect a house to its destination and its residents switch to cycling. The queue melts away, and a tree appears by the door. A TOWN THAT LIVES • Every car is someone, with a name, a home and a destination. • Cars wait for each other at junctions, and traffic jams form by themselves. • When there's a queue, people take a detour. Tap a car or a street to see who is going where. • A cyclist crossing the road makes the cars wait a moment. Cross where it's quiet. A PUZZLE • Every colour is a destination: the centre, school, the shop and work. • Bike lanes cost metres, and every level has a limit. Cycling together on one trunk lane is cheaper. • Time stands still while you draw. • If a queue stands at a door for too long, the town locks up. • Three stars: reach the goal with few jams and as little bike lane as possible. Stuck? A hint shows the way. 55 LEVELS IN SIX CHAPTERS • Learn: one idea per level, with tips. • The city: everything together, and ever bigger. • Water: a river, a few bike bridges, and drawbridges that open for boats. • Roadworks: every week a street closes. You see it coming a week ahead. • Hills: short but steep, or long but flat. • Bollards: close a street to cars, and traffic flows completely differently. Earn enough stars and the next chapter opens. Finish everything and the Playground opens: fifteen levels with different rules, like bike streets, bike tunnels and one-way streets. More chapters are on the way, about the weekend and the big city. MEDALS Bronze, silver and gold, with a medal for every theme: a bridge, a traffic cone, a hill, bollards. In the app and in Game Center. CALM AND FAIR No ads, no account, no in-app purchases and no tracking. Velo works completely offline. With Game Center and a soft soundscape of cars and bike bells. Velo is available for iPhone and iPad, in English and Dutch.
