About

From the App Store Source
DiskHealth PRO keeps an eye on your Mac's storage so you don't have to. A lightweight menu bar utility that reads S.M.A.R.T. data from your internal disk and shows you everything that matters at a glance. Unlike heavy diagnostic apps you open once a year, DiskHealth PRO lives in your menu bar and gives you instant answers to "is my disk healthy?" without interrupting your workflow. HEALTH SCORE AT A GLANCE A beautiful semicircular gauge shows your disk's overall health as a percentage. Green, amber, orange, or red — you know the status instantly. The score is calculated from S.M.A.R.T. attributes including wear level, available spare, reallocated sectors, and critical warnings. MENU BAR — ALWAYS VISIBLE See your disk's temperature or health score right in the menu bar, without opening anything. Choose from multiple display modes: • Icon only • Icon + Temperature • Icon + Health Score • Icon + Score + Temperature DETAILED METRICS Click the menu bar icon to see quick metrics, or expand "All metrics" for the full picture: Health — S.M.A.R.T. status, available spare, wear level, reallocated sectors, pending sectors Lifetime — power-on hours, data written, data read, power cycles, unsafe shutdowns Monitoring — temperature, integrity errors, uncorrectable errors, critical warnings HEALTH HISTORY & CHARTS Track how your disk's health changes over time. Interactive charts show health score, temperature, and data written trends over days, weeks, or months. Spot degradation early, before it becomes a problem. MULTI-DISK MONITORING Got a Thunderbolt 4 or USB4 external NVMe drive? DiskHealth PRO monitors all your S.M.A.R.T.-capable disks — internal and external. Switch between disks with a click. DESKTOP WIDGETS Add DiskHealth widgets to your desktop or Notification Center: • Small: health gauge at a glance • Medium: gauge + key metrics + sparkline • Large: full metrics with two-column layout and trend chart • Chart widgets: dedicated health, temperature, or data-written charts SMART NOTIFICATIONS Get notified when something needs attention: • S.M.A.R.T. failure detected • Temperature above 70°C • High disk wear • New reallocated or pending sectors • Critical health score Notifications are throttled to once per issue per day — no spam. COPY REPORT One click to copy a detailed text report to your clipboard. Perfect for sharing with support or posting in forums. FREE VS PREMIUM The free version monitors your boot disk with basic metrics and hourly refresh. Upgrade to Premium to unlock: • All disk metrics (wear, lifetime, errors) • Multi-disk monitoring • Health history & charts • Desktop widgets (medium, large, chart) • Menu bar display modes (temperature, score) • Faster refresh intervals (15 or 30 minutes) One-time purchase. No subscription. If you purchased the original DiskHealth app, you'll receive an exclusive loyalty discount as a thank you. COMPATIBILITY • macOS 11.5 or later • Works with NVMe SSDs (internal + Thunderbolt 4/USB4 external) • Works with SATA/ATA drives reporting S.M.A.R.T. • Apple Silicon and Intel Macs PRIVACY DiskHealth PRO reads S.M.A.R.T. data directly from your disk hardware. No data leaves your Mac. No accounts, no analytics, no tracking. Applied Standard Apple Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
