User hostile
This app will constantly scold you for activating even a second late and continue to do so for weeks afterwards reminding you that you’re a bad customer. Second it asks for your location data to swap your to and from station or populate the from station. But that doesn’t work at all if ever. Making me rush and then leaving me waiting at a station. Third the available fairs you can buy are not convenient they basically force you into the day passes because otherwise you might get an $8 fee simply because you did not activate early enough. People just want to get where they are going why is it such a pain to use?

Terrible company
The worst company! The only reason you still have business is because you are monopolizing on public transportation. You are a greedy corporation that takes advantage of their customers and profits off of penalizing people over normal things such as activating a ticket on board. I paid the $8 surcharge and yet another surcharge was posted to my account the next trip I took. Cold and lazy customer service who have 0 regard for customers.
