About
From the App Store SourceAthena — Projects, Not Just Tasks Most task apps help you collect things to do. Athena helps you actually move projects forward. Athena is built around a simple idea: work doesn’t happen in isolated tasks. Work happens inside projects with direction, structure, and progress. Instead of managing endless lists, you organize your work into clear projects, break them down into meaningful steps, and see real momentum as you go. Plan with intent: Create projects that reflect how you actually work. Add tasks, structure them logically, and keep everything connected to a larger goal. See real progress: Track how work is moving forward—not just what’s checked off. Athena surfaces progress so you always know where things stand. Focus on what matters now: Cut through the noise. Athena highlights active work so you can focus on the right tasks at the right time. Built for real workflows: Whether you’re managing professional responsibilities, planning long-term work, or organizing complex personal projects, Athena works for you, not the other way around. It can help you track as much or as little as you'd like, creating powerful workflows to get the job done and track progress over time.
