About
From the App Store SourceSelah means pause. In the middle of a busy day, Selah gives you one Bible verse matched to your season of life. A quiet moment with Scripture before the noise takes over. How it works: 1. Tell Selah what season you're in: anxiety, grief, gratitude, new faith, career stress, or searching for purpose. Each day, receive one verse matched to where you are, with a guided reflection and a prayer starter. 2. Sit with the verse. Journal your thoughts. Pray. A gentle Focus timer helps you stay present without feeling rushed. 3. Over time, your verses, reflections, and journals form a spiritual record. A quiet history of where you've been and how far you've come. Selah is not a reading plan. It is not a sermon. It is one verse, one moment, one day at a time. Selah Pro includes: • All seasons and daily content • Deep Scripture insights • Weekly reflection letters Free to start. No pressure. Just one quiet pause. Requires iOS 15.1 or later. Home screen widget requires iOS 17 or later. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
