Every certificate, signed policy and license for your location, in one place. InspectProof keeps a bar, restaurant or café inspection-ready. Staff certificates, signed policies, licenses, permits, insurance and pest control records live together in the iPhone app and the web portal. When the inspector visits, hand over the iPad. From their own phone they sign the required policies and upload their certificates and ID. Nothing counts until a manager approves it. Review uploads one at a time or all at once, in the app or the web portal. A rejected upload sends the employee a new link to try again. SIGNING A POLICY From their email link, an employee reads the policy to the end, ticks a box to agree, types their name and signs. New: in the iPhone app, a manager can open a policy on an employee's profile and hand the device over. The employee ticks the box and types their own name. THE INSPECTOR KIOSK Each location has its own kiosk web page. Open it on an iPad. It shows your licenses and permits by name, and each employee's approved, valid certificates and signed policies, searchable by name. Expired, pending or missing certificates don't show. From the kiosk, send the inspector an email summary of everything current and valid at your location. MONDAY MORNING, EVERY WEEK Every Monday at 8:00 AM Chicago time, owners and managers on your staff list get the score, what's expiring, what's waiting for review and who still owes something. At 8:15 AM, each employee with an open item gets a reminder with a link to finish it. YOUR DOCUMENTS IN YOUR POCKET Licenses and permits, insurance, pest control records and health inspections, each with its expiry date. Email any single file, or send licenses, permits and pest control records by text or AirDrop. Download or email a compliance report as a PDF. WHAT WE TRACK Certificates: BASSET, Food Handler, Allergen Awareness, Sexual Harassment Prevention (employee and manager versions) and Chicago Food Manager. Certificates are flagged before they expire. Required policies: Health Policy; Discrimination, Harassment & Retaliation Prevention; Paid Sick & Paid Leave; Minimum Wage & Tipped Employees.
